The Neapolitan pizza from Seishun no Sato's pizza brand "DA・TOMMY" uses plenty of fresh, local, seasonal ingredients. It was named DA TOMMY after the Michelin Bib Gourmand-winning chef.
The chewy dough is enhanced by the aroma of melted cheese, basil and special olive oil. It is baked in an authentic stone oven made from recycled chimney bricks from a pottery factory. This is a proud dish at Touno Restaurant "Seishun no Sato."
